Glen is always patient and happy to answer questions, to recap and go over the steps as necessary.  Whilst the emphasis is on enjoying cooking for your family, Glen shares skills and techniques to make the children safer and more proficient in the kitchen. My son’s ability and confidence has come on massively over the past year, with him being able to tackle meals for our family without hesitation – all because of the sessions that he’s had with Glen. 

Chef Glen is helpful, friendly and patient. He is full of ideas and has a different recipe each time we cook – even if we’ve done the meal before the recipe is different. 

He answers all my questions and waits whilst we catch up. 

All the recipes we have cooked together are all very good and everyone enjoys them. 

I finally decided to go back to school and signed up with Glen at the Eaten Academy, thanks to his careful and patient online tuition have now added several challenging dishes to my repertoire. The secret to this growing confidence is the straightforward preparation and guidance offered before and during the learning sessions. The fact that I can now replicate these and the several other delicious dishes, without supervision demonstrates the skill and quality of the teaching offered.
