Online Cooking classes for children & parents! The Fun just got better!
Help your children learn new skills in the kitchen with my online classes. I have been organising children’s cooking classes for the last 5 years, usually at a catering college, but now thanks to the power of the internet, from the comfort of your home!
When and what will we be cooking?
There are a variety of classes taught on-line on two different days of each week. This means that you can decide which classes and days will suit you, and your children’s routine. You can book particular days for the course or one of the single cooking sessions.
We will be preparing a wide range of meals; from light lunches to your evening meal, so there is no need to worry about what’s for dinner tonight! You will be sent an invitation from zoom to join each session by email. You will at the same time also receive a list of any ingredients and equipment for the class.
What is the cost and how long will it last?
The costs and times for the 6-session cooking course or a single session class can be found at the top of the page under courses. These sessions will last approximately 60 minutes depending upon the recipes used. My name is Glen and cooking has been a passion of mine for the last 30 years.
During this time I have worked and taught within multiple sectors of the food industry, and being DBS certified has allowed me to pass on my love of creating and bringing food to life to people of all ages.
Encouraging a person’s individual flair, tastes and ideas, then transferring these onto a plate is a wonderful experience!

You will learn to cook and eat well, becoming healthier in both mind and body. Remember -You are what you eat! Food nutrition is always an important part of cooking a healthy meal and having a healthy life. With the right balance of carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, minerals, fats you’re well on your way to a better one!
80% of losing weight and keeping fit is the diet and getting that factor right is so important. What better way to do so than by having the knowledge of the ingredients that go into your foods. Food is the fuel, by giving yourself the right fuel, you make your mind and body work to its optimum.
Wouldn’t it be an amazing feeling not having to rely on pre-made processed meals for the majority of your food intake? What holds most people back is lack of knowledge, skill and time. With the right encouragement, training and guidance, that will become a thing of the past, giving you independence, joy through the food you cook and a skill that you can pass onto others. It’s always fun and exciting discovering new foods and tastes; remember than restaurant you went to and the food was out of this world? Well what’s stopping you from making it?

An ingredient and equipment pack will be emailed prior to the cooking session together with an invitation and a password for the event – all in plenty of time to allow you to get organised before class.

Why not sign up for our fantastic online cooking sessions, either available as an online 1-2-1 cooking experience or, if you prefer our online group grown-up experience.
Grown up group and 1-2-1 sessions will be 1.5 hours to 2 hours long dependent upon the complexity of the recipes.
A six week group cooking experience and 1-2-1 course is now available, or, if you prefer, as a single one-off session.
